The COVID-19 virus is a concern to all Australians and the Action Property Inspections Team are committed to ensuring the health, safety and peace of mind of our staff, clients and homeowners. We would like to take this opportunity to assure you that we are taking all proactive health and safety measures.
Action Property Inspections are dedicated to continuing to be there for our clients during the most important financial decision they will ever make, as we have been for the last 25 years.
As we continue to monitor the impact of the Coronavirus closely and follow the advice of the Australian Government, we have implemented the following precautionary measures:
We have adopted the social distancing recommendations. If you are onsite for your inspection, the inspector will maintain a distance of 1.5m and we ask that you work with us in this regard.
We will not be shaking your hand, however you will be greeted with a friendly smile and a wave.
Onsite the inspector will carry out proactive sanitising and strict hygiene practices carrying and regularly using hand sanitiser, soap and water.
As per Government advice, if in the last 14 days you have experienced COVID-19 symptoms, been in contact with someone who is ill or have travelled overseas recently, we respectfully ask that you do not attend the inspection.
As always in the event a client is not on site, the inspector will call you the evening of the inspection to provide a detailed verbal run through. Faults are photographed and included in the report (reports usually contain between 80–120 photographs). As always the inspector is available after hours to answer any further questions you may have down the track.
Thank you for supporting Action Property Inspections. We look forward to providing you with the honest and informative advice that our clients know us for.
From Andrew and the Action Property Inspections team, we wish good health to you and your loved ones.
