Allotment Inspection
As part of a full pre-purchase building inspection, we include an allotment inspection. The natural elements are largely responsible for the deterioration of paths, driveways, paving, and fences but excessive weather conditions such as heavy rain, hail, flooding, or extreme heat can also take a toll on free standing structures including garden sheds, gazebos, cubby houses, and retaining walls. Surrounding trees can cause a variety of issues from dropping branches on rooftops to roots lifting and cracking concrete and compromising the structural integrity of the house. Inadequate maintenance can lead to serious issues, so it is best to have your prospective home inspected by an industry professional.
