Action Property Inspections – See the Action Difference

One of the differences with Action Property Inspections is that we will access any areas physically possible.

Sub-floor inspectionThe Australian Standard for Building Inspections stipulates that an inspector does not have to gain access if there is insufficient space, that is anything less than 600mm.

Our inspectors leave no stone unturned and access areas that other inspectors would or could not.  In this example the opening into the subfloor was actually only 280mm, although the sub-floor space was slightly larger.  Because they wouldn’t legally be obliged to, very few inspectors would attempt to access a space of those dimensions.

The quality of an inspection company and the report it ultimately produces vary significantly. Choosing the incorrect company could ultimately prove to be expensive and dangerous, therefore you need to ensure you’re making the best decision by going through a Property Inspection Checklist.

Action Property Inspections have over 30 years experience in the industry.  As you can see from this sample report, we will provide you with a comprehensive and easy to report to ensure you are well informed prior to your next purchase.
